This furnace control system utilized radio wireless for PLC communications and SCADA system for control, monitoring, and data analysis. This project also featured:

• SCADA system allowed configuration of furnace

• Large redundant servers for data collection and analysis

• TC and IR temperature sensing

• Vacuum control

• Emissions monitoring
