Harris Group Receives Safety Award

Harris Group recently provided engineering services for Xerox Corporation. The project has been awarded a Xerox Safety Award for the design and construction of the facility. Fifty-one nominations from around the world were submitted to Xerox for this important award.

This achievement was received due to the team's focus on the critical safety and health related issues. The Harris Group team focused on all applicable Health and Safety codes, interacted with local building and fire jurisdictions, facilitated a formal Hazard Operations Study, and developed an item-based Safety and Health spreadsheet as a tracking device during the design phase.
