1st International Biorefinery Workshop

Bob Harris, Chairman of Harris Group Inc., was invited to speak at the 1st International Biorefinery Workshop in Washington, DC. Mr. Harris' topic was "Engineering Requirements Leading to Investment Grade EPC Contract Selection."

In his speech, Mr. Harris stresses the importance of involving engineering early on. "We strongly recommend that owner/developers retain an experienced Process/Project Engineering Firm - in addition to finding the very best Independent Engineer to represent the investors. This cannot be done too early in the project."
