Alpha Pilot Plant Modifications

Harris Group Inc. scope of work on the pilot plant modifications included:

- Developing the scope of work and budget for modifications to fermentation and purification suites at Alpha pilot plant facilities.
- Prepared design documents for construction of the changes which included HVAC, piping and architectural aspects of the facility.
- Expanded the initial scope to include examination and upgrades of WPU, WFI and glycol chilling to support the pilot plant.
- A study of neutralization pit problems was done and recommendations for improving operations were implemented.
