Harris Group monitored construction progress, witnessed the 90-Day Test, wrote the formal test report and made recommendations for upgrades for the U.S. Department of Energy’s proposed Clean Coal Project utilizing a slagging combustor system and designated Unit 2. Provided cost estimate for proposed changes to upgrade plant deficiencies.
