Harris Group prepared an independent engineering assessment of five power plants for Xcel Energy, in support of their planned divestiture. Two of the plants, Tolk at 1,080 MW and Harrington at 1,066 MW are coal-fired the remaining plants are natural gas-fired. HGI provided a review of operation and maintenance, environmental issues, projected operating levels and O&M costs.
