Class 10 scope and estimate and detail design to rebuild No. 2 paper machine to increase quality and speed, and to accommodate OCC pulp.

New major equipment included a secondary fan pump, secondary Bel Bond, fourdrinier water removal equipment, and roll finishing system.

Modifications to white water system, stock preparation, electric drive, dryer section, vacuum system, and the air handling systems were included.
