Plant 2 Facility

This project involved several facilities covering over 250,000 square feet, including a world class wind tunnel and research labs. When completed, the Plant 2 facility covered 15 acres. Construction cost of the entire project will be $60-70 million and will cover 15 acres when the project is completed.

Services for this facility included site master planning, ADA adherence, permitting support, and facilities design. Harris Group provided extensive planning and design of the facility's underground utilities. Project resulted in four new buildings and one remodel of an existing building.
