Lead Gas Process Engineer

LEAD GAS PROCESS ENGINEER

Harris Group Inc., a design-engineering firm, currently has an opening in our Denver, CO office for a mid-level chemical or mechanical engineer with experience in the design of gas compression and processing facilities.

Candidates should have, as a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering with seven (7) plus years experience with a midstream production company or an engineering design firm doing business in the gas business sector.

Successful candidates need to be self-starters with experience in the development of process system design including HYSIS simulation, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams preparation, Process Flow Diagrams, equipment sizing and selection, equipment database applications, specification preparation, code/ standard review, and vendor drawing review. Candidates should have demonstrated leadership interpersonal and communication skills along with experience in coordination with other disciplines to be successful in this position.

Field experience and a Professional Engineering license are pluses.
Qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
