Piping Designer
Harris Group Inc. has an opening in the Appleton office for a Piping Designer with relevant design experience in the pulp and paper industry.
Successful candidates need to be self-starters with 5 or more years of experience in piping system design and AutoCAD drawing preparation for industrial projects.
Candidate's design experience should include:
• General arrangement and plant layout drawing preparation
• Layout off piping and piping systems
• Review of vendor information
• Coordination of piping design with other disciplines
• Preparation of line, valve and tie in lists
• Isometric preparation
Qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
Demonstrated communication skills are paramount to success in this position. Experience with CADworx software is a plus.
