Structural Engineer

Harris Group Inc. is seeking a licensed Structural Engineer to join our design team in the Portland, Oregon office. Current project backlog includes a diverse mix of public sector, water/waste water, alternative energy plants, grassroots and retrofit of large manufacturing facilities, airports and port facilities, and support of heavy industries such as wood products and chemical production facilities. Seismic upgrades to existing facilities are common to many projects.

The successful candidate will fill a variety of engineering roles for new and/or modifications of existing facilities. The candidate will work on multiple fast track capital projects. The position is for a licensed engineer but candidates with the drive and experience to secure professional licensing will be considered.

The candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in civil (structural emphasis) or structural engineering.
